Highly experienced and noted experts, academics and professionals from Europe and South Asia make up SACE contributing team. We are a private initiative (not part of any EU institution) . Dr. Anil Sigdel is the founder of SACE - he has been a lecturer at the University of Vienna, Austria, and at the National University of Political Studies (SNSPA), Bucharest and is a well-known expert on South Asian matters around the world.
